This session will focus mainly on the mind with advice on how to improve or maintain a sound mind.

We will look at various techniques that are known to improve a person's wellbeing and discuss together what may work best for you.

I can also provide you with links to reliable resources for wellbeing and general health.

We can also look at your health as a whole and I can advise or signpost you as needed depending on concerns or questions you may have.
